Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern services provided by NEXOVOLT CRATE LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"), to you ("Client"). By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and Proposals

Services are described on our Services page and delivered under an individual, itemized proposal or statement of work ("SOW") agreed in writing (email accepted). Prices published on the website are starting points; the SOW price is fixed once agreed.

2. Payment Terms

Monthly services are billed in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. One-time projects are typically billed 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery, unless the SOW states otherwise. Accepted payments: ACH, check, or major credit card. Late payments past 15 days may pause active services. Billing questions: payment@nexovoltcrate.shop.

3. No Long-Term Contracts

Recurring services are month-to-month. Either party may cancel effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle with written notice (email is sufficient). Cancellation and refund details are in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to accounts, information, and approvals needed for delivery; to keep ad accounts and payment methods in good standing; and to ensure that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Services may involve platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and accounting software. Those platforms have their own terms, pricing (e.g., ad spend billed directly to you by Google), and availability, which we do not control.

6. Intellectual Property

Work product we create for you (content, campaigns, dashboards, automation documentation) is yours upon payment. Accounts, data, and assets are set up in your name. Our pre-existing methodologies and internal tools remain ours.

7. Results Disclaimer

We follow documented, industry-standard practices, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversion, or revenue outcomes. Search engines and AI platforms change their systems independently of us. Performance figures shown on this website are illustrative examples, not promises.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
