Refund & Return Policy

We keep this simple on purpose. No 12-month lock-ins, no cancellation penalties, no fine-print games. Since our services are digital (no physical goods to ship back), "return" means cancellation and refund under the terms below.

1. First-Month Satisfaction Guarantee

New monthly-service clients: if within the first 14 days of your first billing cycle you are not satisfied, tell us in writing and we will refund that first month's service fee in full and stop work. We ask only for a short exit call to understand what went wrong.

2. Monthly Services

Monthly services are billed in advance and are month-to-month. Cancel any time with written notice (email to NEXOVOLTCRATELLC@SSNMAILS.COM): cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle, and no further charges occur after that. Partial months within an already-paid cycle are not pro-rated, but all work already delivered is yours to keep.

3. One-Time Projects

Audits, setups, and one-time projects: fully refundable before work begins. Once work has started, refunds are pro-rated against the milestones already delivered as defined in your proposal. Delivered work product always stays with you.

4. Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs

Advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads budget) and third-party subscriptions are paid by you directly to the platform and are not refundable by us — they never pass through our invoices.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Email payment@nexovoltcrate.shop (billing & refunds), NEXOVOLTCRATELLC@SSNMAILS.COM, or call +1 (662) 269-8386 with your business name and the service you want to cancel. We confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. If We Ever Miss the Mark

Our reporting includes both wins and misses. If a service consistently underperforms against the roadmap we agreed in your proposal, tell us — we will fix the plan or help you transition smoothly, including full handover of every account and asset in your name.
